Yesterday’s “anonymous op-ed’ from the New York Times stinks to hell. There’s something very odd about it. Is it the New York Times finally admitting the Deep State is real and they are colluding with it to stage a soft coup of Trump? Or is it just pure and complete BS propaganda from the New York Times masquerading as an op-ed?
One would think, that if this “anonymous senior staffer” is so concerned about Trump and his mental fitness to be POTUS, that person would have a duty to resign and come forward to sound the alarm. But in the days of “anonymous sources”, it just doesn’t work that way anymore.
I mean why would the New York Times basically admit to colluding with the Deep State that they’ve worked so hard to convince their readers doesn’t even exist?
What if the New York Times anonymous op-ed wasn’t from a gutless Trump staffer but pure NYT BS? |

Don’t get me wrong, the Trump administration is unfortunately loaded with slimy snakes that would certainly be capable of pulling what someone “allegedly” pulled yesterday. When you have Jeff Sessions, Rod Rosenstein, Chris Wray just to name a few, it’s definitely possible.
Yesterday, the speculation immediately went to Mike Pence being the anonymous coward because of use the word “lodestar” or something.
The timing of the anonymous op-ed is rather fishy too. Right after Bob Woodward’s “quotes” from his book get disproven by those he attributed them to? Right after the Democrats and their “protesters” make complete and utter fools of themselves during the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings? There’s a lot more to this story than we will likely know about. I’m not even convinced it wasn’t just penned by some hack like Brett Stephenson at the New York Times just out of spite.
