A ten times deported illegal alien by the name of Jose Alfonso Rodriguez-Garcia was sentenced in a Raleigh federal court to 115 months behind bars after he was convicted of illegal re-entry of an aggravated felon. The illegal alien from El Salvador was found in Wake County due to his arrest for second degree forcible rape. He was arrested after having been previously deported ten (10) times, subsequent to multiple convictions, including:

grand theft from a person,
theft,
attempt to distribute a controlled substance,
resisting public officer,
trespassing,
possession of controlled substances,
auto theft,
evading arrest,
assault on a female,
deported alien found in the United States,
illegal reentry of a previously deported alien, and
illegal reentry by a previously deported aggravated felon.
North Carolina seems to have a big problem with illegal aliens. A lot of the recent stories about illegals like this dirtbag seem to be coming from North Carolina.
