Clown NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has sure changed his stance since NFL ratings have tanked and fewer fans attend games because of the thug players and owners disrespecting of the National Anthem, flag, country and military. Back in September, Goodell was standing up for these Anti-American players, bashing Trump for daring to criticize the sons of bitches who disrespected this country. He also backed the players right to disrespect the flag.
Now all of a sudden Goodell is feeling it in lost NFL revenue and has had a change of heart. Now he’s saying all players should stand for the anthem. Suddenly to Goodell, it’s an important thing to do to “unify” the country. No Roger, we know what your end game is. You think that making thug players actually stand for the anthem and quit disrespecting the country that fans will start watching again and empty stadiums will fill up again.
It doesn’t work that way clown Goodell. You’ve done irreparable damage to the NFL brand, and you will never get people back.
Roger Goodell changes mind: now wants all plays to stand for anthem |

Goodell said the controversy over NFL players kneeling in protest during the anthem “is threatening to erode the unifying power of our game, and is now dividing us, and our players, from many fans across the country.”
“Like many of our fans we believe that everyone should stand for the National Anthem. It is an important moment in our game. We want to honor our flag and our country, and our fans expect that of us,” Goodell added in his a statement.
“We also care deeply about our players and respect their opinions and concerns about critical social issues. The controversy over the anthem is a barrier to having honest conversations and making real progress on the underlying issues. We need to move past this controversy, and we want to do that together with our players.”
The commissioner said that the NFL has “worked to develop a plan that we will review with our at next week’s League meeting.”
Goodell said it would include items like a platform to promote the work of players on “these core issues.” He said the league will “continue the unprecedented dialogue with our players.”
NFL owners will reportedly consider a rule requiring players to stand during the national anthem when they meeting next week.
This isn’t just about the millionaire players either. Billionire owners like Jerry Jones and that Muslim owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars are just as guilty and need to be shunned.
