Marco Rubio finally won a state! The loony leftist state of Minnesota that voted for Walter Mondale, Al Franken, Jesse Ventura and Keith Ellison. I guess Rubio can now claim he hasn’t been shut out now. But winning loonyville Minnesota isn’t exactly a game changer for him.
