Ted Cruz needs a staff shakeup. There seems to be a pattern here developing with my pick for the GOP nomination. The lies that keep coming from Cruz’s team (not Cruz himself) have been reveals again that Ted Cruz staffer released a video, with an inaccurate quote of Marco Rubio claiming the Bible ‘didn’t have any useful information’ in it or something. Cruz himself apologize, even though he himself never made the accusations. Instead, it was Cruz National spokesman Rick Tyler who spread the video with the false Rubio quotes.

I’m not supporting Rubio in the primary (but will in the general if he is the nominee), and this sort of crap needs to stop. If the quotes were true then that’s fine. But Cruz National Spokesman Rick Tyler needs to be fired for spreading this lie. This needs to be done by Cruz to save his own campaign’s reputation. All of these ‘lies’ that keep accumulating from Cruz’s staff are going to damage his chances of overtaking and beating Trump.
Ted Cruz himself showed class by apologizing to the Rubio campaign for the fake video and quotes. Now Cruz needs to do the right thing and dump Rick Tyler.
