Since ObamaCARE was signed into law back in March of 2010, Obama (and Valerie Jarrett) have unilaterally changed the law 28 different times without Congressional approval. This is of course prohibited by the US Constitution, but the spineless Republicans never hold Obama (or Jarrett) accountable.
