It’s now November 30th on the east coast. Healthcare.gov is supposed to fully functional for all Americans to sign up and ‘shop’ on ObamaCARE. So what happens? Healthcare.gov is ‘down for the moment.’ In fact, it is down until at least 8am for ‘maintenance.’

On Black Friday, Amazon.com had millions of hits per hour for all the deals. Drudge Report gets 2 million hits on a normal day, and double that during big breaking stories. None of those sites even have a hiccup when web traffic surges, unlike healthcare.gov
