Kathleen Sebelius arrogance was on full display today as she finally found time to give testimony to Congress. You see, according to Kathleen Sebelius, she like Obama is above the rest of us. She doesn’t have to enroll in the ObamaCARE exchanges because she is a federal worker or something.
