NBC has just announced that Mitt Romney has won the Michigan Republican Primary. The delegates in this primary are determined by the number of congressional districts won. There are fifteen congressional districts in Michigan with this elections, and winners get two delegates per district. So far CNN has declared Santorum and Romney the winner of three districts, earning each candidate six delegates. It’s conceivable that Santorum can end up with more delegates than Romney, despite Mittens winning the state.
