Shaun Maguire says Hunter Biden owns him $300,000+ in back rent, does the pardon cover that too?

Here is yet another Hunter Biden crime, that may or may not be covered by Joe Biden’s blanket pardon of his drug addled son…. Apparently, Hunter Biden owes the family of Shaun Maguire over $300,000 in rent due, that he never paid… I assume this is a state’s issue and it doesn’t apply to a federal pardon. But this is in California, so you know Gavin NewSCUM will protect Joey’s drug addict kid. Also as usual, the media is totally silent on this latest Biden Crime.

So what happens to the $300k+ in back pay rent that Hunter Biden owes my family from 2019-2020?

Is that pardoned now?
