Lazy Joe Biden actually took time away from his Delaware vacation to attend photo ops to honor the twenty-first anniversary of 9/11. It’s the least the lazy old codger can do. But apparently he couldn’t be bothered to even hold his own umbrella as rain fell in the east.

So basically Joe Biden can’t put his left hand over his “heart” and hold the umbrella with his free hand. I guess that’s too much to ask of the frail, sick old man.
It even appeared at one point that Sleepy Joe Biden fell asleep during there ceremony:
