Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate is dead, as the Supreme Court has blocked it. They did carve out an exemption though, for health care workers.
The decision in the Supreme Court was 6-3, the dissenters were: Justices Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor and Stephen Breyer. The only surprising thing, is that John Roberts voted with the conservatives.
The court ALLOWS a vaccine mandate for workers at federally funded health care facilities to take effect nationwide.
