Ted Cruz, who yesterday called what happened at the Capitol on January 6th, 2021 a “violent terrorist attack” attempted to do damage control on Tucker Carlson Tonight. Needless to say for Cruz, the damage control didn’t go very well. Cruz posted the video of his appearance on Carlson’s show on his Twitter feed, and he is being soundly mocked.

Sorry Ted Cruz. You blew it.. What happened last year was a riot that got out of hand. It wasn’t a terrorist attack. You sound too much like Liz Cheney or Adam Kinzinger. Whatever aspiration you had to run for president is gone. No one is going to vote for you.
