Imagine if you will, a network so corrupt, so unwatchable that they would keep two of the biggest dirtbags on the air, pay them millions, yet fire those who haven’t been vaccinated yet. That’s exactly what happened at CNN. Three unvaccinated staffers were fired this week by CNN. It’s unclear if these three people had religious objections to the vaccine, health directives to skip it or whatever. That doesn’t matter.
What’s really disgusting is that CNN kept and payed slappy Jeffrey Toobin and hasn’t done a thing to roid monkey Chris Cuomo, despite his involvement and crafting of statements to smear women who have accused his brother of sexual harassment and assault.
As far as CNN’s vaccinate or be fired policy, that’s their decision. If these three people who legit reasons for not getting the vaccine, then they should sue CNN for discrimination.
CNN’s employee handbook must be one migraine-inducing document. Because while CNN continued to allow Chris Cuomo to collect a paycheck despite being wrapped up in his corrupt brother’s sexual misconduct scandal, they decided to fire three people for not getting vaccinated Thursday. This also occurred after the network brought back legal analysts Jeffrey Toobin after he was caught masturbating during a Zoom meeting for The New Yorker.
“CNN has fired three employees who violated company policy by coming to work unvaccinated against the COVID-19 virus,” reported The Associated Press. “CNN chief Jeff Zucker told staff members of the firing in a memo sent Thursday that reminded them that vaccines were mandatory if they report to the office or out in the field where they come into contact with other employees.”
In the memo, Zucker hit his staff with an Obama-style “let me be clear” and proclaimed: “We have a zero tolerance[sic] policy on this.”
According to a series of tweets from CNN senior media reporter Oliver Darcy, Zucker added: “In the past week, we have been made aware of three employees who were coming to the office unvaccinated. All three have been terminated…I think it is fair to say that we are all feeling a mix of anticipation, anxiety, frustration, confusion, and exasperation…I get it.”
