Two people have reportedly been shot now, one in neck and one in critical condition. A woman was seen being taken out on a stretcher minutes ago. How in the hell were Capitol police so unprepared for this?

idk, i've seen conflicting reports of two shot, but no concrete details, im not a journo so im just gathering what i can from whoever i can find thats boot to floor on scene, seen one report of a woman bloodied on a stretcher but no pic that ive found
