Looks like Trump is going to sign the stimulus bill over all with the crumbs $600 checks. The stimulus bill needs to be deafferented from the pork laden defense bill, which the cons in Congress will try to overrule the veto before the new Congress starts January 3, 2021. While the stimulus bill is loaded with pork, it’s not nearly as bad as the defense bill. ALl that foreign aid is in the defense bill, not this one.
