The idiot Cesar Altieri Randazzo aka Cesar Sayoc acted almost as if he wanted to be caught. The van he drove with stickers all over it stood out like a sore thumb. There still is something that isn’t right here. But I’m glad the piece of trash has finally been caught.
If this guy was trying to play ISIS terrorist with those non lethal bombs he made, he failed (thankfully) in a miserable fashion.
