He said flat out, he doesn’t care if Brett Kavanaugh is innocent of all charges made against him by Christine Blasey Ford. Instead, Booker wants a new SCOTUS candidate, regardless if Kavanaugh is innocent or not.

And ultimately — not whether he’s innocent or guilty, this is not a trial — but ultimately have enough questions been raised that we should not move on to another candidate?”
