In yet another amazing “coincidence”, Julie Swetnick, the non-credible client of creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti seems to have been represented by non other than The Katz Lawfirm. That’s the same left wing activist lawfirm that is currently representing Christine Blasey Ford along with McCabe attorney Michael Bromwich.
The Katz Lawfirm represented Julie Swetnick during the time she sued New York Life Insurance Company over sexual harassment. Swetnick worked for New York Life for less than two years between 2006 and 2008. The Katz Lawfirm helped Julie Swetnick win a financial settlement against New York life in 2008, terms and dollar amount have not been disclosed. The fact that Swetnick has connections to Katz should set off red flags everywhere.

Swetnick has been involved and is currently involved in several other cases. She was sued by Webtrends in Oregon for defamation, had a restraining order filed against her ex-boyfriend and has tax liens against her.
Julie Swetnick even sued the the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority for $420,000 back in the 1990’s. Her reason? Julie Swetnick sued them over a hurt nose. Yea, she sued for nearly half a million dollars over a hurt nose. Let’s just say Julie Swetnick has been around in the court system.
Swetnick’s connection to Katz is rather interesting. How does she go from a left wing activist lawyer, who at least has some credibility to someone like Michael Avenatti the creepy porn lawyer?
