So apparently, Joe Biden got another pre-arranged question interview, this time from Morning Joe and Comrade Mika.. After Biden “phoned into” to the Morning Joe show, he admits he’s reading off a list, and you can hear paper crinkling in the background.. Then as the interview goes on, Joe Biden becomes angry and starts yelling into the phone.
biden is phoning in to morning joe because he is reading off from a talking points sheet. there was a point in this interview where you can hear him reading off quotes from a page.

“I’m reading from a list of lies,” Biden says by phone on MSNBC. At around the 7 second mark you can hear paper shuffling and he loses his train of thought before the papers settle again.

This phone interview with Morning Joe is textbook Joe Biden. He started off by clearly reading from a script, but it only took a few questions to get him angry and shouting.
The phone is distorting, and he sounds absolutely unhinged.
