First of all, ANYONE who thought Biden was cognitively competent to lead the country in 2020 were idiots.. But there is still a small part of the population (27% according to cBS), that even after all the embarrassments, all the fumbles on the national state and the debate think Biden is still cognitive enough to lead to country… TDS is a powerful thing.
