Look who’s whining again. The untalented, soccer hag who has purple hair and pitches Subway sandwiches. Yep, it’s none other than Meggy Rapinoe again, bashing Christians yet again. She says that people who cheered her career ending injury have a “special place in hell”..
After backlash, she claimed it was just a joke or something.
Megan Rapinoe had a message for her haters who celebrated her career-ending Achilles injury last November.
There’s a “special place in hell” for you.
Rapinoe was speaking on “Pablo Torre Finds Out” on Tuesday when she made the comments about those who might’ve taken joy in the injury that occurred on Nov. 11 during the NWSL championship game in San Diego.
“It is sad, like I wish that didn’t happen. I’m just thinking about my teammates coming over, of course it’s sad. … it’s kinda just life,” Rapinoe said. “We want these perfect stories and I’m a controversial figure, and having people low-key celebrate it — but then also be so disingenuous about it, that that part is kinda funny too. I’m like, wow you guys are in a special place in hell that you’re celebrating this.”
Rapinoe is one of the greatest women’s soccer players in the sport has seen, but her strong opinions on topics such as racial injustice and former President Donald Trump haven’t sat well with a certain segment of Americans.
But it was a joke that she made after the game in November that seemingly offended Christians.
