A mass shooting on the Bronx subway left 1 person dead and five injured, in just the latest violent crime in the shithole that is New York City. No one has been arrested, and even if they were, they probably just would have been released anyway.
One person was killed and five other people were injured in a shooting on the subway in the Bronx on Monday, police said.
The shooting happened at the Mount Eden Avenue station around 4:35 p.m., according to police. The incident started as a fight between two groups of teenagers on a No. 4 train and then continued on the northbound platform, police said.
“This is not a random act of shooting. We believe this stemmed from a dispute that took place, and we are now looking for the suspect or suspects [who] are involved,” Mayor Eric Adams told PIX11 News.
At least one person in the two groups opened fire as the train pulled into the station, according to NYPD Chief of Transit Michael Kemper.

“People started running off the train onto the platform, and more shots were fired while on the platform. That’s where our victims were shot,” Kemper said.A 34-year-old man was killed in the shooting, police said. A 14-year-old girl, a 15-year-old boy, a 28-year-old man, a 29-year-old woman, and a 71-year-old man were injured, according to police. Some of the victims are believed to be innocent bystanders, police said.
