In New York, illegal alien Jhoan Boada (don’t know country of origin) was caught on video beating up a NYPD officer for no apparent reason, other than the fact Boada didn’t worry about any consequences. Turns out he was right. Jhoan Boada was arrested, detained for a short time and then released without any bail.
