Creepy vegetable John Fetterman had a propaganda photo shoot today from Walter Reed hospital with this “depression”. He doesn’t appear brain dead as some reports had claimed last week. But he does look sickly, frail and he looks like he’s dropped a lot of weight and appears to have bone loss.
