One of the main things working against the confirmation of Kentjani Jackson Brown is her lenient sentence in child porn cases, or as Jeffrey Toobin, the “Jack” of all trades describes it “kiddie porn”. Toobin went to bat for Jackson, defending her sentences as ok, because “kiddie porn case” law was made before the internet or something. Wait, what? Watch:

It almost seems as if Slappy Toobin is trying to make himself a kiddie porn case expert or something. Toobin’s defense of Jackson-Brown is basically that kiddie porn is so easy to get on the internet, the laws are outdated or something. This is CNN.
