The little bit of focus on Biden’s SCOTUS pick of Ketanji Brown Jackson is not about her policy position, but as you probably guessed her skin color instead. Ketanji Brown Jackson is Biden’s pick to replace retiring Stephen Breyer on the Supreme Court. Brown-Jackson is relatively young, at only 51 years old and currently a judge of the United States Court of Appeals in DC. Ketanji Brown Jackson is of no concern to me. The fact that she is a radical left wing communist Democrat is a concern.
If confirmed, Ketanji Brown Jackson will make US History by becoming the first communist Supreme Court Justice.

Regardless of Ketanji Brown Jackson’s radical positions, she will likely have no problem being confirmed to the Supreme Court. You only need 51 votes, and with 50 Democrats all you’ll need is Kamala to break the tie. But when you have weak ass Republicans like Lindsey Graham, Ben Sasse, Lisa Murkowski Willard Mittens Romney and Susan Collins, Brown-Jackson will likely get between 55 and 60 yea votes and be confirmed without Kamala.
