No names yet, but attorney Terrell Roberts who is representing the Ashli Babbitt family says he thinks he knows the identity of the Capitol police officer who shot unarmed Ashli Babbitt during the January 6th riots at the Capitol. Terrell Roberts believes he knows who this person is, but refused to issue his name on the airwaves of Tucker Carlson Tonight (last night). But he did drop some hints as to he who the officer might be. Only when and until the officer is identified is when I will get into details. There are names already going around on social media, but I’m not going with them until I know for sure.
On Monday’s broadcast of FNC’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Terrell Roberts, an attorney for the family of Ashli Babbitt, the woman who was shot and killed by a police officer during the January 6 U.S. Capitol Riot, said he believed he now knows the identity of the officer responsible for the shooting.
“That’s my belief,” Roberts replied. “That’s my belief.”
Roberts would not speculate as to why the officials were hiding the officer’s identity but suggested if Babbitt had been brandishing her own firearm, the alleged shooter would have been identified and perhaps even honored by now.
