This time, Joe Biden went up the stairs very, very slowly, even slower than Trump went down the slippery ramp at West Point. Joe Biden slowly creeped up the stairs, appearing to be weighted down on the left side of his body to help him hold his balance better. Biden slipped very slightly going up the stairs in the rainy conditions, but actually made it all the way up without completely falling down. Quite the accomplishment for Joey.
