Good news parents with school aged kids! Circle back Jen Psaki announced during the softball press briefing today that Biden’s goals in his first 100 days is to have 50% of the schools open, for at least 1 whole day per week by April 30th. That’s right, if your kids are still out of school, or “virtual” schooling with Zoom, you have about a 50% chance of getting your kids back in school for a whole one day per week starting April 30th. Isn’t that just great? How will they determine which schools to open by April? Not by the COVID-19 levels in that particular state, city or county, but by a lottery system! You can’t make this shit up.
W.H.: By “opening schools” what we mean is schools will be open one day every 11 weekdays; the active school day will be chosen by a lottery ball generator the third week prior, with drawings on a rotating schedule based on your region of the country and your child’s pronouns. https://t.co/Pdyv1yy4F5
