Breaking on @MSNBC: NBC's Pete Williams reports that the man wearing a 'Camp Auschwitz' t-shirt during the Capitol riot has now been charged with unlawful conduct, entering the Capitol without permission, and disorderly conduct. His name is Robert Keith Packer, age 56.
