There were some reports earlier that the “covid relief” bill is not only a payoff to foreign countries but had a hidden portion in the bill stripping Trump’s right to use the Insurrection Act. That text you may have been seeing is actually from the July NDAA bill, and was an amendment by communist Texas Democrat Vericona Escobar. It was eventually stripped out before Trump signed the NDAA bill months ago. The porkulus “COVID-19” has many problems, but this isn’t one of them.
