Well this is strange. It looks like Joe Biden was reading either a cheat sheet or pre-prepared answers or a cheat sheet during last night’s softball “town hall” on ABC. Look at this picture of Biden reading of a script in response to someone’s question. We can only speculate what Biden was reading off that sheet of paper, but it seems rather odd, slimy and convient to me.
