I don’t know if the video was released, or if there was ever concrete proof about it being Biden on that video. Is is confirmed in court records that Ashley Biden was arrested for possession of marijuana back in 1999. Today, possession of marijuana isn’t a big deal to a lot of people, but back in 1999 it was a HUGE deal.
