Detective Brett Hankison indicted on three counts of “wanton endangerment in the first degree” in the shooting of Breonna Taylor. This is a class D felony in Kentucky, and no other officers were charged. I have a feeling riots will start back up in Louisville and other left wing cesspools since no murder or manslaughter charges were issued by the grand jury. Wanton endangerment in the first degree is punishable with fines of up to $10,000 and up to five years in prison.
