You would think that with all the lockdowns and partial lockdowns in place because of the pandemic, the DNC would see record ratings for their convention. Especially on the first night with speakers like Bernie Sanders and media darling Michelle Obama. But the exact opposite occurred. DNC ratings were down 40% on the dinosaur networks CBS, NBC and ABC. If you add in cable news ratings, the DNC ratings were down about 28% overall from 2016 when Hillary Clinton was the nominee. By comparison, the Trump rally in Oklahoma was watched by 8 million people.

Last night was an unmitigated disaster for the Democrat in ratings and presentation. I guess so called “Republicans” like John Kasich didn’t draw over Republicans to vote for Biden.
