The other three Minneapols cops (other than Derek Chauvin), Tou Thao, J Alexander Kueng and Thomas Lane have been charged with second degree murder, as Derek Chauvin’s case was upgraded from third degree to second degree. This means, all four cops present during the death of George Floyd are now charged with fourth degree murderer.
