During a softball interview with hack Don Lemon, Joe Biden wanted to make sure that you and everyone else knew that he wasn’t saying all blacks aren’t black if they don’t vote for him. Instead, he was only referring to Charlamagne tha God, host of the Breakfast Club. Only Charlamagne tha God is not black if he doesn’t vote for him. Thanks for clearing that up rapist racist!

JOE BIDEN: The leader I’ve always been. I apologized immediately for responding to Charlamagne, who was baiting me, and if you looked at that film you see I was smiling at him. And I was referring to him, I wasn’t referring to all African-Americans. But I should have never said it. I have never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, taken the African-American community for granted.
