Joe Biden’s documented history of racism goes back a long time. So today’s you aren’t black if you don’t vote for me line on The Breakfast Club isn’t really much of a surprise. He was BFFs with KKK Grand Dragon Robert Byrd while he was in the Senate, and worried in the 1970’s that his kids would grow up in a “racial jungle” or something. His full quote from 1977 reads:

Unless we do something about this, my children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle with tensions having built so high that it is going to explode at some point. We have got to make some move on this.
This was in regard to bussing inner city kids to suburban schools back then.
