So this is where we are with the justice system in American in the year 2019. According to the “impeachment report” from Fat Jerry Nadler and the House Judiciary Committee, Trump can be impeached simply on motives, regardless if there were any crimes committed or not. Does this mean we can now jail any Democrat who preaching socialism and showing allegiance to countries like Cuba, Iran, Venezuela and so forth? Does this mean that left wing propaganda networks like CNN and their hacks can be jailed for spewing fake and false news because their motivation is to hurt the president? If communist Democrats want to go down this road, they’d better be careful what they wish for.

If this is the new set of rules that Americans have to live by then Adam Schiff should be arrested today for purposely and illegally snooping and releasing the phone records of Rudy Giuliani, Devin Nunes, John Solomon and others.
The House Judiciary Committee released a report Saturday in which it argued that a president may be impeached for “illegitimate motives” even if his actions are “legally permissible.”
The 52-page report, written by 20 members of the staff for the Democratic majority, attempts to provide a legal and constitutional basis for the Democrats’ ongoing effort to impeach the president.
The report states: “The question is not whether the President’s conduct could have resulted from permissible motives. It is whether the President’s real reasons, the ones in his mind at the time, were legitimate.”
That novel theory is only one of several questionable features of the report.
