Trump has a new national security adviser and his name is Robert O’Brien. Beyond the fact he was previously a hostage negotiator, I have no idea who this is guy is, what his qualifications are, or how hawkish he is on foreign policy. I guess we’ll find out. He does not require Senate confirmation.
