An active shooter at Cinergy in Odessa has been killed, some reports claiming that this was the USPS mail truck hijacker. There are also no more reports of active shooters, meaning the reports of a second active shooter might not have been accurate or the second shooter has been captured. Current reports of 21 injured and the one dead (the active shooter).
