The left wing San Francisco court tossed the gun charge against Garcia-Zarate using the excuse that because the judge failed to instruct the jury on one of his defenses. Unbelievable, but this is what justice looks like in a rat hole like San Francisco. The illegal alien already walked free from his murder of Kate Steinle, now he will not be charged for anything at all. And get this, Jose Inez Garcia-Zarate will now likely sue the city of San Francisco for millions of dollars and probably win. Welcome to Gavinfornia. Jose Inez Garcia-Zarate was deported five times before returning to murder Kate Steinle.
