Well isn’t this odd. Jeffrey Epstein was supposed to have a cellmate during his time in a Manhattan prison. He did have a cellmate, but that person was mysteriously transferred out last Friday. Epstein was supposed to have a cellmate at all times, but no one replaced the cellmate that was transferred out Friday. Isn’t that yet another amazing coincidence?

The Washington Post also reported that the safety protocol was not followed, adding that Epstein had not been checked in on for “several” hours before he was found dead. Sources also told the Post that Epstein should have had a cellmate, but a person who had been assigned to share a cell with Epstein was transferred on Friday, and he did not receive a new cellmate.
Epstein had been alone in his cell when he was found unresponsive Saturday, even though he only recently had returned to the Special Housing Unit from suicide watch, the person familiar with the jail’s operations said. The jail had placed him on 24-hour monitoring — with daily psychiatric evaluations — after he was found injured on the floor of his cell two weeks ago with neck bruises.
