Alec Baldwin, the violent, unfunny Saturday Night Live hack has announced he will no longer “play” Trump on the failing Saturday night “comedy” show after ratings hit an all time low in April. Honestly, Saturday Night Live hasn’t been funny for decades. This has nothing to do with Obama or Trump. It really hasn’t been all that funny since the late 1980’s. The type of “comedian” Saturday Night Live features these days are just too dull, predictable and mostly ideological. Alec Baldwin can go back to beating up photographers in the street now.

Saturday Night Live has not been able to recover from the the cast exodus that included the departure of a number of long-time favorites, including Andy Samberg, Kristen Wiig, Bill Hader, Fred Armisen, Jason Sudeikis and Seth Meyers.
The ratings for NBC’s venerable late-night program started sliding last season, and the slump continues this fall. Ironically, with one of the members of SNL‘s most recent golden generation, Hader, back as host, SNL hit lows in the ratings.
