With the record flood of illegal aliens over the southern border into this country, some reports say Trump is considering using the Insurrection Act to remove illegal aliens from this country. What is the Insurrection Act? It was passed in 1807 governs the ability of the President of the United States to deploy military troops within the United States to put down lawlessness (in this case, illegal alien entry).
