Is it like a contest for communist Democrats like Sanders, AOC, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and so on to out stupid the other idiot? Roe Vs. Wade is what made abortion legal. Someone should explain to the moron Bernie Sanders that it was a Supreme Court case, not put in the constitution.
Some other communists are trying to argue that The Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution provides a fundamental “right to privacy” covers abortion. No morons, it doesn’t have anything to do with abortion. Your right to privacy (which is basically gone now with government spying) has nothing to do with abortion, no matter how hard Democrats wish it did.
What’s next from Sanders and the communist Democrats? Someone commits murder has the 14th Amendment and their right to privacy too? Democrats have completely jumped the shark.
