In even more bizarre meltdowns at the Mueller report today, two New YorK Times hacks, Nikki Schwab and Maggie Haberman became trigger when the song from The Sound of Music called Edelweiss was playing in the background at the White House. Leftists, like Schwab and Haberman who are basically cheering on the Nazi wing of the Democrat party as they turn towards socialism (just like the Nazis) seemed a bit confused. Apparently these two hacks assumed that EdelWeiss was some sort of Nazi anthem. The fact of the matter is, Edelweiss is the exact opposite of what these two twits (and I’m sure countless other brain dead leftists) believe. Edelweiss is a song from a decidedly anti-Nazi musical, and guess what? It was written by two Jewish composers, Rogers & Hammerstein. But again, let’s not confuse the media with actual facts.
Does…anyone at that White House understand the significance of that song? https://t.co/IK9h8fOwNj

“Edelweiss” was being played as we walked into the @WhiteHouse

New York Times hacks imply Trump a Nazi because of Edelweiss song |

To be fair, those clown NikkI Schawb is the hack who replaced accused sexual harasser Glenn Thrush as the New York Times White House correspondent. She’s not very bright to begin with and also works for CNN, so there’s that.
I'm not following this at all. Edelweiss was written by Rodgers and Hammerstein, two Jewish Americans, for a character expressing love of his homeland in the face of Nazi aggression. #soundofmusic

How do multiple "blue checkmarks" not know that 'Edelweiss' is a Rogers & Hammerstein song from a decidedly anti-Nazi musical? Seriously, does their pop culture knowledge not extend past streaming TV and 'Hamilton'? https://t.co/LXhPXTjkw3

I only know “Edelweiss” as the not-Nazi song in “The Sound of Music.” What’d I miss?
