Derp derp… Ocasio-Cortez, the dumbest member in congressional history is at it again. During the MSNBC town hall event on the Green New Deal, Ocasio-Cortez claimed that Congress had to amend the constitution so that FDR wouldn’t be re-elected. There’s just one big program with Ocasio-Cortez’s dumb ass statement. FDR died in office in 1945. It wasn’t until two years later when Harry Truman was president that the 22nd amendment to the constitution was enacted. But we can’t expect Occasional-Cortez, the dumbest member in congress’ history to know actual facts.
