Turns out Smollett’s pal, Kim Foxx who claimed to recuse herself from the Smollett race hoax case is the one who dropped all 16 felony charges against Jussie Smollett earlier today. So much for her recusal. Chicago police are reportedly furious over this move, by the corrupt Foxx. And who could blame them?
